Shuuru Go (“we”) provides taxi booking in Kyrgyzstan. This policy explains what we collect and why.

Data we collect

Account: phone number, name, profile photo.
Location: pickup, destination, and live trip location while a ride is active.
Trip data: route, fare, vehicle, driver/passenger identifiers, ratings.
Device: push notification token, app language, crash diagnostics.
Driver documents you upload for verification (license, vehicle photos).

How we use it

To create accounts, match rides, show fares, navigate trips, send status notifications, prevent fraud, and improve the service. We do not sell personal data.

Sharing

We share trip details with the assigned driver or passenger so the ride can happen. Infrastructure providers (hosting, maps, push, SMS/OTP) process data on our instructions.

Retention

We keep account and trip records as required for operations, safety, and law. You can ask us to correct or delete data where legally allowed.
